The details given when an account is applied for: the applicant's name, business name, email address and, where given, phone number; the date the trade terms were accepted; and the selections and quotation requests made through the account.

To review the application, to operate the account, to prepare and send quotations, and to contact the account holder about those things. Nothing is used for marketing without separate consent.

Account records are held with Amazon Web Services in the United Kingdom (London region). Catalogue and order data is held with Shopify.

To see, correct or have the details deleted, write to privacy@elvan.co.uk. Closing the account removes the account record; quotation and order records are retained for the period accounting law requires.
